Basic Setup and Configuration Problems

Online Help is not available

The online Help does not appear when the "Help" button is pressed on the
web interface. Check the following:
1. The default location of the Help files is:
C:\Program Files\Dell_TrueMobile\AP\Help\
2. Make sure the Help files are installed on your hard drive or on the server
(as indicated by your network administrator).
3. From the HTTP Interface, verify the location of the Help files specified
under the Help tab. Click on the Commands button, then the Help tab.
Change the specified location if necessary.

Problems with HTTP Interface

If changes made in the HTTP Interface are not taking effect, perform the
following:
1. Close your web browser and restart it. Login to the Access Point and
make configuration changes. Reboot the unit if directed to do so.
2. Reboot the AP-2000 by clicking on the Command button, selecting the
Reboot tab, and clicking on Reboot. Wait for the Access Point to finish
rebooting before accessing the web browser again.
