An air bag system malfunction can be
indicated by any of these warning lamp
displays:
• Does not flash or stay on when the ignition
is switched on.
• Stays on after several flashes.
• Flashes while driving.
• Stays on continuously while driving.

The brake system warning lamp illuminates
when you turn the ignition ON, before the
engine is started.
This means that the indicator is operating
properly. The lamp should go out after you
start the engine.
