If stuck in snow, mud or other loose surfaces,
the procedure below may allow you to free
your vehicle.
1. Turn the steering wheel fully left then right.
This will clear the area around your front
tyres.
2. Shift back and forth between R and a for-
ward gear.
3. Spin the wheels as little as possible.
4. Release the accelerator pedal while you
shift.
5. Press lightly on the accelerator pedal when
the transaxle is in gear.
If that doesn't release your vehicle after a few
tries, your vehicle may need to be towed.

this section.
