Full automatic temperature control (FATC)
system controls the interior temperature in
your vehicle automatically and provides the
greatest amount of comfort in the interior
regardless of the weather, outside tempera-
ture or season. It will achieve the desired
temperature when you select the AUTO
mode.
The desired temperature is controlled by an
in-car sensor signal, coolant temperature, sun
sensor signal and the ambient temp. sensor
signal.

Sunlight sensor is located in front of the
windscreen defroster vents.
This sensor detects sunlight when operating
in AUTO mode.
