The early type uses a split Nylon bush secured to the chassis via the lower wishbone front pivot bolt and
spacer tube, with a secondary M5 bolt clamping the two halves of the bush below the bar. Washers welded to
the anti-roll bar bear against the outer sides of the bushes to locate the bar laterally. The bush should be
lubricated on assembly with M0S2 type grease.
Excessive radial clearance between the bar and bush may cause knocking noises, which can be reduced
by removing material from the joint face of the split bush to reduce the effective diameter.
