The engine is supplied with a new ECM together with a matched security 5AS module. If the car is to be
used in competition, it is recommended to disable the passive immobilisation by disconnecting the driver's
door switch. The alarm may still be armed on demand, but will not be triggered by the driver's door.
If the car is equipped with the optional Cobra alarm system, passive immobilisation can be overridden by
unplugging the immobiliser module and substituting bridging plug A111M0123S.
