The throttle lever is used to control the engine speed.

Check the throttle lever for smooth operation.

Move the handlebar to the straight-ahead position. Move the throttle lever back and
forth slightly to ascertain the play in the throttle cable

» If the throttle cable play does not meet specifications:

Adjust the play in the throttle cable. (
