Press the "START" button after all parameters are done.

In the "HP1-HP2-HP3" program, the system will control the speed and incline based on a default pulse if we
don't press the "START" button.

The first minutes after running is the warm up phase, and the system won't adjust the speed and incline
automatically but manually. After one minute, the system will speed up at 0.5km/h based on the pulse rate.
When it goes to the highest speed and still does not reach the targeted pulse rate, the system will help you
pulse reach the targeted pulse by the frequency and incline with the rate of 1sec/ hypo.

Note: Using the chest strap to inspect the pulse under the HRC program, and the chest strap should be tight

BODY FAT PROGRAM:

To begin, press " PROGRAM" until you reach the ''FAT'' setting, press " MODE " enter F-1, F-2, F-3, F-4,
F-5 ( F-1 SEX, F-2 AGE, F-3 HEIGHT, F-4 WEIGHT, F-5 BODY FAT TESTER ),
Press "SPEED+" "SPEED -" to set F-1 – F4 ( refer to the following chart), after that, press " MODE" to set
F-5, grasp the palm pulse, the window will then display your body fat index (BMI) after 3 seconds. The
body fat index is testing the relationship between height and weight. The body FAT test is suited to males
and females. The ideal (BMI) should be 20-25, if under 19, it would mean you may be too thin. If you are
between 25 and 29, it could mean you are overweight, if over 30, it is indicating obesity. (The data is just
for reference, and cannot be used as medical data)

SAFETY FUNCTION:

If at any stage you require treadmill to stop, pull the safety cord from the treadmill and it will cut power to
the unit immediately.

POWER SAVE FUNCTION:

Without any operation for ten minutes the unit will begin to hibernate, and the display will dim. Press any
button to wake up the display.
