DESCRIPTION
Lubrication/corrosion protection
Engine ignition timing
Spark plug replacement
Throttle/choke cables, inspection/lubrication
Carburetor adjustment including choke/throttle cable
adjustments
Oil injection pump adjustment
Fuel filter and oil filter inspection
Fuel filter and oil filter replacement
Fuel tank straps
Oil tank straps
Engine head bolts, retorque
Engine counterbalance shaft oil level (if applicable)
Steering system
Reverse system/reverse cable adjustment (if applicable)
Variable Trim System (if applicable)
Fastener tightening (flame arrester, carburetor(s),
engine mount, exhaust system, etc.)
Muffler, battery and reservoir fastening devices
Fuel lines, check-valve and fuel system pressurization
Fuel vent line pressure relief valve inspection
Inspect/clean engine drain tube
Water tank trap drains inspection (GTS model)
Battery condition
Electrical connections (battery, starter, etc.)
Monitoring beeper
Jet pump reservoir oil level/oil condition
Jet pump cover pusher inspection
Impeller condition and impeller/wear ring clearance
Drive shaft boot and spline condition (if applicable)
PTO flywheel and seal carrier lubrication (if applicable)
Water intake grate condition
Hull condition
Cooling system flushing
NOTE: Some items are included in the PRE-OPERATION CHECKS and not nec-
essarily repeated in this chart.
Every 10 hours in salt water use.
These items have to be initially checked after 25 hours. Thereafter, servicing
to be made as specified in this chart.
Daily flushing in salt water or foul water use.
