22 Finalizing the Installation

Diffuser Plate Adjustment

Certain vent configurations require the diffuser plate to be adjusted (refer to the approved vent
configuration charts for details). Position # 2 is stock (flat). Position # 1 is bent. See the directions
below to change the diffuser to position #1.

Bend the round portion of the
diffuser 90° (position # 1).

Remove the exhaust
restrictor.
1/4" Nutdriver
1/4" Nutdriver
Remove the diffuser.
Secure the diffuser plate
with the screws
removed earlier.
Replace the exhaust
restrictor (see "Exhaust
Restrictor Adjustment"
for restrictor settings).
