Small repairs
do it yourself
No water from the nozzle but the
gauge shows full pressure: Most likely
the nozzle is blocked.
(Inside the pressure gauge there is no water but
a filling with glycol to damp the vibration of the
pointer.)
Proceeding: Switch off the cleaner. Pull plug from
the socket. Operate gun seveal times to decrease the
pressure. First unscrew gun and lance, then rinse
hose from any residues. Check water inlet filter for
soiling. If the problem still exists, take wire (paper clip)
and push cautiously through nozzle opening. If this
procedure is not successful, the nozzle has to be
dismantled and cleaned (from the backside) or even
replaced, if necessary.

Proceeding:
Unscrew all 6 valves, one after the other
(hexagonal brass screws, 3 in a row,
vertically and horizontally)
Take out valve body (with green or red plastic
coating) and O-ring by means of needle nose
pliers. Check O-ring for damage. In case of a
damage the O-ring has to be replaced.
Take a wire (paper clip) and clean valves under
running water. Also clean valve seating inside the
pump.
Do not forget the O-ring during reassembly!
