A "000" response indicates a valid reading is present.

Specifies which relay to configure: 1 or 2.
Specifies relay mode. 0 = Off, 1 = On, 2 = Alarms.
Specifies which input alarm activates the relay when the relay is in alarm
mode: A or B.
Specifies the input alarm type that activates the relay when the relay is in
alarm mode. 0 = Low alarm, 1 = High Alarm, 2 = Both Alarms.
Specifies which relay to query: 1 or 2.
(Refer to command for description)
Specifies relay type to query: 1 = Low Alarm or 1 = High Alarm.
0 = Off, 1 = On.
