The :DATE command allows you to store the calibration date in instrument
memory for future reference. You can read back the date from the instru-
ment over the bus by using the :DATE? query or the CALIBRATION
selection in the front panel CAL menu.

To send the next calibration due date to the instrument.
:cal:prot:ndue <year>, <month>, <day>
