This chapter provides tables to help in determining the cause of printer malfunctions.

TROUBLESHOOTING PROCEDURE

When trouble occurs, confirm it's phenomenon, locate a defective part in accordance
with Section 6.2 of the Troubleshooting Guide, and troubleshoot as described below.
