Emulation

Emulationmodeletsyouprintbarcodelabelsthatwere
originallydesignedonan86XXprinterinmultiplesof10or15
mil.Whentheprinterisworkinginemulationmode,notallIPL
commandsaresupported.Foracompletelistofcommands
availableduringemulation mode, see the latest version of the
IPL Command, Reference Manual(P/N937-007-XXX).
Toreturnfromemulationmode,selectemulation"none"
(default).
Print Speed
Youcanselecttheprintspeedfrom100mm/sec.(4in./sec.)to
200mm/sec.(8in./sec.)withanintervalof1in./sec.Thehigher
theprintspeed,themorewearontheprinthead,sodonotusea
higherprintspeedthannecessary.Somedirectthermalmediaor
ribbon/mediacombinationsmaynotallowthehighest
alternativeswithouttheprintoutqualitybeingadverselyaffected.
