6. Operation / Menu structure

6.3.14 Adjustment of the Diverter Controller (option pipe conveyor)

This menu is activated only if Genius is used in combination with a special diverter unit
for textile fibers (Quick flap)
The magnetic valve which is triggered for
return motion is connected to terminals
„24V Outp." pin 1.(see also 5.2.1).
Return time: 0.00 s
To disable enter 0 ms
- + ESC O.K.
Adjustment range for the return time: 0ms...step 50ms ...1.00s
The setting of 0 ms disables the function.
Adjustment/ Enabling of the diverter controller:
This menu is selected in Setup menu page 2 „Quip flap
The time duration can be set to control a second magnetic valve
which returns the diverter to normal operation position.
The setting is completed by O.K. and returns to Setup page 2.
„ESC" returns without changing the setting to Setup page 2.
