Installing or removing the hard disk drive

Open the casing (see "Opening the casing").
Removing the cover

Loosen the screw (1).
►
Fold out the cover (2).
Installing a hard disk drive
Dependent on which casing version you have a serial ATA hard disk can only be installed

in the upper three slots. The bottom slot does not offer sufficient space to install a serial
ATA hard disk.
►
Take the new hard disk drive out of its packaging.
►
Make the required settings (e.g. master-slave settings) on the drive.

System expansions
Secure the EasyChange rails on the side of
the hard disk by inserting the upper pins of
the EasyChange rail in the corresponding
holes of the hard disk.
