To set automatic time-outs

PowerPanel and the Setup utility include settings for automatic time-outs at
specified periods of inactivity. PowerPanel settings override Setup settings when
PowerPanel is running.
In PowerPanel, power-use profiles define time-out settings and other power controls.
You can create a power-use profile or edit an existing one.
To use PowerPanel to set time-outs:
1. To create or edit a PowerPanel profile, first right-click on an empty space in the
PowerPanel toolbar. This displays the Shortcut menu.
2. Click Customize, Buttons tab, Create Profile.
To create a new profile, define its power management settings, then click File,
Save to name it.
To edit an existing profile, click File, Open, select a profile, edit its settings, then
click File, Save (or File, Save As to save it as a different profile). Note that some
settings cannot be edited.
Refer to PowerPanel's online Help (right-click on the empty space of the
PowerPanel, then click on PowerPanel Help Topics)or the PowerPanel User's Guide
at www.phoenix.com.notebook/ppanel.html for complete instructions.
