3. To turn off the OmniBook and save significant power, select Shut Down from
the Start menu.
To suspend the OmniBook, you can press the power button. (This is the default
setting, which can be changed in the Setup utility.) This darkens your display
but maintains your work session. This does not save as much power.

* Windows 95 can restart the network connections when you turn on the OmniBook. For a different
operating system, you may have to reboot the OmniBook or restart the operating system to restore them.
If the ac adapter is connected, the OmniBook battery continues to charge in any
