 Faulty wiring.

 Drain filter clogged/dirty.
 Drain hose blocked/kinked/too high.
 Excessive detergent dosing.

 Tap closed.
 Water fill pressure too low.
 Final spin phases skipped.
 If it continues, replace the main board.
