XY Zoom (Making Copies with Different Horizontal and Vertical Copy Ratios)

This mode enables you to make copies of originals by either enlarging or reducing with
different copy ratios in the horizontal (X) and vertical (Y) directions. The following two XY
Zoom modes are available.
■ Manually specifying the copy ratio in 1% increments (XY ZOOM)
Original
■ Automatically specifying the copy ratio to match the size of the selected paper (AUTO XY ZOOM)
Set the LTR-R-size original
NOTICE:
❍ You cannot use Auto XY Zoom with Auto Paper Selection.
■ Manually specifying the copy ratio in 1% increments (XY ZOOM)

Different vertical/horizontal ratios
Set the ratios to
Vertical 130%
Horizontal 80%
The copy ratio is automatically set
Select LTR-size paper
Y = 130%
X = 80%
