5 Click on Operation->Softkeys and XML

Click on Operation->Expansion Module <N>.

Screen is shown as an example.
6 Select a softkey or programmable key to configure.
7 In the "Type" field, select "XML".
8 For 8 and 11-Line LCD softkeys:
In the "Label" field, enter the name of the person who's extension you are monitoring.
