Troubleshooting Procedure for 13,326 to 13,583 Error Code (Ink Loader)

1 1. Verify that the ambient temperature of the
room is within the printers optimal
environmental specification (see
"Environmental Specifications" on
page 1-11).
2. Is the room too cold or too hot?

1. Inspect and reseat the wiring to the ink
loader. Check for open wires.

Thermals failed to read from printer NVRAM.

Thermal control task received an unexpected message.

Thermal control task was expecting initialization message, but received
other.

Thermal code tried to command a segment ID that did not exist.
13,006.67: Thermal code tried to command a segment ID that did not exist.
