Using Standard Stop

1. Press the STOP button on the console.
2. Select the "Press to reset" option to return to the star-
tup screen.

Using Pause Mode

1. Press the PAUSE button on the console to temporarily
pause the treadmill operation and preserve the pro-
gram information.
2. Press the PAUSE button again or the "RESUME" func-
tion key to resume treadmill operation.
