Inspect the Treadmill

This section will show you how to inspect the treadmill prior to use.

Perform a Visual Inspection

1. Make sure that the power cord is clear of the tread-
mill so that it will not get pinched or run over.
2. Make sure that the treadmill is in a dry location.
3. Make sure that the treadmill is level. All four corners
must be in contact with the floor.
4. Make sure that the belt is tracking properly. The
walking belt should be centered on the rear roller while
cycling.
