The following troubleshooting items address problems related to sound cards.
Problem
No sound, sound doesn't record, or sound output is distorted or too
loud

Cause
The audio driver for your product may not be installed. For example, the driver installs only
if your interface card is directly connected to your computer with a USB cable.

Solution
Reinstall your Matrox software.

Uninstall your Matrox software:
