Creating a New Entry

Open the directory.
OK
Confirm.
The cursor jumps to the "Name:" entry field.

Enter the name here.

Select the "First name:" entry field and enter the first
name.

For example, select the "Tel.(Private)" entry field and en-
ter the station number.

Press the display key to delete the character to the left
of the cursor.

Select additional entry fields and enter the relevant da-
ta.
Save
Press the display key to save the entries.

Press the display key to discard the entries.

Adding Voice Dialing Recordings for an Entry

You can add voice dialing recordings for up to
30 entries.
Saving a voice recording
Precondition: The entry in the directory list is selected
Page 112.
The reliability of voice recognition depends on
the pitch of the voice, and the speaker's voice
speed and volume.
Use the long, unique name and avoid loud back-
ground noise during the recording.

Press the display key.
OK
Select and confirm.
Please follow the onscreen instructions while re-
cording.
