To retrieve messages from your own phone:

3. Enter your 5-digit campus phone number.

To retrieve messages from off­campus:
1. Dial 517-432-2100.
2. Enter your 5-digit campus phone number.
3. Press *.
4. Enter your mailbox passcode when prompted.
5. Follow the directions to playback and delete messages in your mailbox.
To send all calls:
1. Press the Send Calls button (while on-hook).
To cancel Send All Calls:
1. Press the Send Calls button again (while on-hook).
To temporarily redirect all calls:
1. Press the Call Fwd button.
or, Dial the Call Forward code *2.
2. Dial the extension or phone number where calls are to be sent.
