The Group speech time
configuration enables three options
for modifying the speech time:

The Selected Group option is used
for changing the speech time of a
selected group.

Radio button for changing the speech time for a selected group.
Field for displaying the name of the selected group. The field is blank if there
is no delegate assigned a group selected on the Speakers list or the selected
delegate is not assigned a group.
Radio button for selecting the speech time limit.
Field for displaying the speech time limit.
Field for displaying the current remaining/elapsed speech time.
Radio button for selecting the speech time increment value.
