Registration Clutch Drive Circuit
The registration clutch is for transmitting the rotation from the BK motor to the registration roller. IC14 outputs the high level
REGCLU signal to the transistor Q18 after the registration sensor detects the paper. As a result, the transistor Q18 is turned
on and the registration clutch is activated.
