Overview

The ISS3000 3U server series is one of the best and most reliable servers on the market today. It
is designed with some of the most state-of-the-art features available, using non-proprietary
components to provide the most scalable and cost-effective server solution possible.
This chapter describes the ISS3000 3U server series, its hardware and service features, as well as
key components of the server.
The ISS3000 3U server series consists of the following models:

3006 A maximum of 6 hard drives
3009 A maximum of 9 hard drives
3012 A maximum of 12 hard drives
3118 A maximum of 18 hard drives
