DVR Specifications

Compression:
Each analog channel supports dual stream compression. Main stream sup-
ports up to 4CIF resolution and substream supports up to CIF resolution.
Each IP channel supports up to HD720P (1280*720) resolution.
Video encoding parameters of each channel can be set separately, includ-
ing resolution, frame rate, bit rate, image quality.
Each channel supports normal and event compression parameters.
Supports both composite stream and video only stream. Audio and video
streams are strictly synchronized.
Supports watermark.
Local Functions (Monitoring):
Support three independent local output including VGA, main and spot AUX
composite video output.
High definition VGA display, max support of 1280*1024 resolution.
Supports 1/4/9/16 screen live view, channel sequence is adjustable.
Support live view group switch, manual switch and automatic cycle, the
interval of automatic cycle can be adjusted.
Supports shielding of an assigned live view channel.
Supports various PTZ protocols, PTZ preset, patrol and pattern.
Supports multi-level user management, each user can have individual DVR
access rights.
Supports mouse, front panel, IR control and RS485 surveillance keyboard.
Local Functions (HDD Management):
Supports up to 8 SATA HDD, each HDD can support max 2TB capacity.
Supports S.M.A.R.T. technology.
Supports HDD hibernation function.
Supports Windows compatible file system format and technology of pre-
allocating hard disk space to avoid HDD fragments.
Recording and Playback:
Supports multiple recording types, including manual, continuous, alarm,
motion, motion / alarm and motion & alarm recording, etc.
Supports 8 recording time periods with separate recording types.
