Adjusting the front shocks
Front spring pre-load Type I
The spring adjusting sleeve has five positions so that the
spring can be adjusted for different riding conditions. To
adjust the preload turn the adjusting sleeve with a spanner
wrench. The photo below shows a shock with settings 1-5.

The spring adjusting sleeve has three positions so that
the spring can be adjusted for different riding conditions.
Adjust the spring preload using two spanner wrenches
turning in opposite directions.
