Fuel Pump
The fuel pump is located on the left side of the vehicle
(front). When the engine management system is first
"powered-up" this pump activates for 3 seconds to
pressure the fuel system then turns off again until the
engine starts. When the engine starts, it resumes pumping
providing pressurized fuel to the injectors.

Fuel Pressure Regulator
The fuel pressure regulator is mounted on the right side
of the vehicle (front). This device maintains the correct fuel
pressure in the fuel rail (hoses and injectors). It returns fuel
to the tank after it passes the fuel injectors.
