CHANGE OF ADDRESS

Manufacturers of motor vehicles are required by the
federal government to maintain a complete and up-to-date
list of all original purchasers. This information is first
compiled from the completed vehicle registration forms
filled out at the time of sale. The information is used to
notify original purchasers in the event of a safety-related
defect or recall.
If you change your address, please send us a postcard
listing the model number of your vehicle, the Vehicle
Identification Number (VIN), and your name and both your
old and new mailing address.
As a convenience, we've provided a single tear-out
postcard with your Owner's Manual. Although, anytime you
change your address a regular postcard including the
information above will do.
Mail the information to:
Cannondale Corporation
Motorsports Division
