Recording a Call Director announcement (C 250 only)
Here is a typical Call Director announcement: 'To speak to Mr. Jones press 1, to speak to
the secretary press 2. If you do not want to speak to anyone in particular, press the
>star< key'.

Select the menu item and confirm.

prompts you to start recording.

Confirm. You hear the ready tone (a short tone).
Now record your announcement.
Confirm. The recorded announcement is repeated
for you to check.
If you press the 'end call' key
ment, the recording will not be saved.
Recording ends when the max. recording time of 170 seconds is
exceeded or there was a break in speech of more than 2 seconds.
Press the display key to open the menu.
Select the menu item and confirm.
