Using the directory and other lists
The entry's status is displayed like this:

The following status messages are used:
New call
Old call
Calls received
Answer Machine
New Msg.
Old Msg.
Gigaset C 250: When picking a telephone number from the answering
machine list, message playback is interrupted when you press MENU.

Playback will resume when the telephone number has been stored in the
directory.
Deleting the calls list
Open the calls list (page 36). Now:

Deleting a single entry from the calls list
Open the calls list and select an entry (page 36). Now:

(All Calls setting only, page 35).
C 250 only: The answering machine answered the call but the
caller did not leave a message (All Calls setting only, page 35).
C 250 only: The message is new in the list.
C 250 only: The message is old in the list, it has already been
played.
Press the display key to open the menu.
Select the menu item and confirm. Caution: All old
and new entries will be deleted.
