Font Substitution Table
Selects to substitute with printer fonts for the True Type Font or "Don't
Substitute".
Available PostScript Memory

Output Protocol

Send CTRL-D Before Each Job
Selects to send a [Ctrl-D] signal to the printer to notify before the print job or
