Outline of Settings for the MENU Utilities

5. PRINTER SETUP

This settings group specifies paper and toner settings.
5-1. DEFAULT PAPER
Use this option to specify the default paper size.
Information pages from the
(Job Log list, Configuration page, PS Fonts List, and Test page)
are printed on the default paper size, either A4 or LETTER.
5-2. TRAY1 PAPER SIZE
Select this item to display and change the paper size for Tray 1.
5-3. TRAY1 MEDIA
Select this item to display and change the media type for Tray 1.
5-4. TRAY2 MEDIA
Select this item to display and change the media type for Tray 2.
5-5. TRAY3 MEDIA
Select this item to display and change the media type for Tray 3.
5-6. TONER LOW
Use this option to specify the reaction of the printer when toner
in a cartridge is low. Select

If is selected and a print job is sent while toner is low, the

printer waits until the Enter key is pressed before the job will
be printed. When the toner has been replaced and the Enter key
is pressed, the job is printed.
5-7. REPLACE TONER
Select this item to replace the toner cartridge. See page 7-1 for
instructions.
