Outline of Settings for the MENU Utilities

1. CHECK AND PRINT

This option allows you to output one copy of a multi-copy-print job
and check it before outputting the remaining copies.

2. PRINT PAGES FROM LIST

Displays the printer's resident pages.
2-1. PRINT CONFIGURATION
Select this option to printout the internal settings of the config-
uration menu.
2-2. PRINT TEST PAGE
Select this option to print the demonstration page.
2-3. PRINT PS FONT LIST
Select this option to print a list of the internal and any external
fonts stored in or accessible to the printer in PostScript.
2-4. PRINT JOB LOG
Select this option to print the Job Log list page when an
optional hard disk drive is installed.

3. RESETS

This settings group clears all jobs, formats the hard disk drive (if the
hard disk option is installed), and resets other default settings.
3-1. CLEAR LOG/QUEUES
Select this option to clear all print jobs stored in the printer.
3-2. FORMAT DISK
Select this option to format the hard disk drive of the printer.
