Problems During the Data Transfer and Print Cycle
Symptom
A paper misfeed.
Double feed.

Cause
Possible causes
include:
• Paper does not meet
specifications
required.
• Paper is not loaded
properly in the tray.
• Transparencies have
not been fanned
thoroughly before
loading.
• The optional third
cassette unit is not
installed properly.
• The fusing unit
requires replace-
ment.
Sheets of the paper
stack are stuck
together.
Action
