Making copies

Your fax machine also doubles as a convenience copier.
To make copies with your fax machine:

Insert the document face up.
Remember:
• There are certain types of
documents you should never insert
into your fax machine. (Review
"Things not to put in your fax,"
page 1.13.)
• The document can be up to
50 pages.
• If you're copying a multi-page docu-
ment, "fan" the pages.
• Adjust the machine's document
guides to fit the document.

Adjust the resolution and contrast, if
necessary.
Note: The Normal mode cannot be
used for copy resolution.

Use the numeric keypad to enter the number of copies you want to make for
each page in the document. Choose from 1 to 99 copies.
Here, we've chosen 03 copies.

Copy/Stop
Note: The setting requires two digits. Enter a leading zero for quantities
less than 10.

Press
to begin copying.
COPY
Note: Because your machine has Multi Access, you can copy documents with your
machine and also receive documents into memory at the same time. See page
2.33 for more information.
