Production of several copies
How to produce several copies of fax documents with the Minoltafax 1400.
You should observe the following points:

A fax document may consist of up to 67 pages, depending on the
available memory space.
✔
Up to 99 copies can be made from a fax document.

Insert the document with its face
downwards into the document
feeder.
The display will show the present
resolution setting.
If necessary, alter the resolution

grade via the [RESOLUTION] key in
accordance with the fax document.

Press the [MENU] key four times.
Confirm your choice by pressing the
[SET] key.

Enter the quantity of copies to be
made from the original via the
numerical keys.

Press the [COPY] key.
The original document is
automatically fed in. The copies are
printed one after another.
Stopping a copying function!
Press the [STOP] key, several times, if necessary, to stop the copying
process.
