2.3 Installing add-on cards

The IPC-7120 supports up to seven add-on cards with an Advantech ATX
motherboard. The IPC-5120 supports up to four add-on cards with an
Advantech microATX motherboard. To install an add-on card, please
proceed as follows:
1. Undo the four screws on the top of the disk drive housing and then
lift it up.
2. Select a vacant slot and remove its corresponding I/O bracket,
which is attached to the front panel.
3. Insert an add-on card into the slot. Fasten the card by a screw on
the top of the I/O bracket. (see Figure 2.5)
4. Repeat Step 2 and 3 if there is more than one card to be inserted.
5. Replace the disk drive housing and fasten it.
