Cause
Unintended operations such
as incorrect DC off are
performed.
The sensor of water-cooling
kit is faulty.
Abnormality of one or both
sides of modules is detected.
A serious error occurred
during a POST.
Forced power off occurred by
another CPU/IO module has
a problem.
