STEP #5.
Attach the Left Pedal Tube (71) to the
Flywheel Shaft using the bushings (79&80),
washer (17), Nylock nut (12), and plastic cap
(5) combination as shown in illustration #5.
Repeat the process for the Right Pedal tube
using the same steps.

STEP #6.
Attach the bottom portion of the left and
right swivel tube to the corresponding
Pedal Tube using the Allen Bolts (18)
provided as shown on Illustration #6.
