What to do if ...

Fault
The oven does not heat
Even though oven
function and tempera-
ture have been se-
lected, the oven does
not heat up.
The meat probe
does not work.
The Service symbol ap-
pears, along with an
error code.
The time display flashes
on the electronic clock.
The oven light
does not come on.
If you are unable to remedy the fault by following the above sug-
gestions, please contact your dealer or Customer Service.
Caution! Repairs to the appliance must be carried out by a specially li-

censed technician only! Considerable danger may result from incorrect
repairs.
Possible Cause
The oven is not switched on. Switch the oven on.
The clock is not set.
The required settings are not
applied.
Fault in the power supply.
The electrical protection sys-
tem or fuse has tripped.
An automatic programme
has been set to run at a later
time.
The meat probe is not in-
serted correctly, or is faulty.
Fault in the electronic sys-
tem.
Power cut.
The oven light bulb is faulty.

Remedy
Set the clock
(see Chapter "Before using
for the first time").
Check the settings.
Check the fuses or protection
system.
If this happens repeatedly,
call an authorised electrician.
Cancel the automatic clock
settings, or set them again.
Check the meat probe socket.
Call Customer Service.
