* When cooking on two shelves, use rails 1+4 or 2+5.
** Oven times for poached or baked fish depend on the thickness of the fish.
The thicker the fish, the longer the cooking time. Fish is ready when the flesh is
white and opaque. Test near the backbone with a fork. If the flesh falls away,
the fish is ready.These settings are for guidance only. See also section "Advice
and tips for use of oven".
