Press a or b until you find the E-mail address you want to add to the group.

Press the E-mail address and then OK.

Press OK.

Change a Group

You can rename a group, add an E-mail address to the group and delete an E-mail address from the group.

Press d or c to display to E-mail Server.

Press to E-mail Server, Address Book and then Edit.

Press a or b to display Change.

Press Change.

Press a or b until you find the group you want to change.

Press the group name.

Do one of the following:
 If you want to rename the group, go to step 8.
 If you want to add an E-mail address to the group, go to step 0.
 If you want to delete an E-mail address from the group, go to step 0.

Press Name. The software keyboard will appear on the LCD.

Enter a new group name. Go to step D.

Press a or b to display Add/Delete.

Press Add/Delete.
B
Press a or b until you find the E-mail address you want to add or delete.

Press the E-mail address.
D
Press OK.

Press OK.
