4.2 Packet Statistics Window

To access this screen, open the Status screen (see
...) next to Packet Statistics.

DESCRIPTION
This field displays each VoIP account on the P-2024. Click on an account's name
to go to its SIP Settings screen.
This field displays each phone port on the P-2024. Click on a phone port's number
to go to its Analog Phone screen.
The icons at the bottom of the screen show the various possible conditions.
If an analog phone port has no SIP account assigned to it, no icon displays.
If an analog phone port is assigned to use a SIP account that has failed to
register with a SIP server, a
If an analog phone port is assigned to use a SIP account for incoming calls
only, a
icon displays in the relevant Account row.
If an analog phone port is assigned to use a SIP account for outgoing calls
only, a
icon displays in the relevant Account row.
If an analog phone port is assigned to use a SIP account for both incoming and
outgoing calls, a
icon displays in the relevant Account row.
DESCRIPTION
This field displays each port in the P-2024.
If the port is not connected to anything, this field displays Down.
If the interface uses Ethernet encapsulation, this field displays the port speed and
the Ethernet duplex setting. Duplex settings are:
Full - The P-2024 is using full-duplex Ethernet.
Half - The P-2024 is using half-duplex Ethernet.
You cannot change the Ethernet duplex setting in the P-2024.
If this interface uses PPPoE encapsulation, this field displays the port speed and
the status of the call.
Down - The connection is not available.
Dial - The P-2024 is making the call.
Idle - The call is connected.
Drop - The P-2024 is ending the call.
The LAN interface always uses Ethernet encapsulation. You can change the
encapsulation of the WAN interface in Network > WAN > Internet Connection.
